Food Manufacturing and Packaging Services |

Filpac offers a wide range of food manufacturing, blending and packaging services, and performs both primary and secondary packaging of food products.
All food manufacturing and packaging is conducted in custom-built, fully climate controlled clean rooms which are NSW Food Authority approved and HACCP certified.

FOOD MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Contract food manufacturing
- Blending
- Packaging of dry food products using a variety of volumetric automatic filling lines
- Vertical form filling in a variety of sized bags from 100gms to 2.5kgs
- Canning lines with gas flushing and / or vacuum sealing
- Pouch pack filling
- Powder filling
- Sachets
- Volume filling
Filpac also has HACCP-compliant, fully climate controlled clean rooms specialising in the packaging of confectionery and other food products by blister, shrink, clam shell or sleeve wrapping; and the manufacture of sauces for supermarkets.
